Networking Operating Centers (NOC)

Cellnex has a real-time monitoring system that fosters proactive network management and enables fast response to the network incidences. Alarms and incidences in the services we provide are monitored from our Network Operating Centers (NOC), available 24/7.

A proactive communication process with escalating levels is set in place in order to inform customers. Stablished alarms are monitored in real-time and inform about recent and/or active failure in a service or in a site. Alarms can be also filtered by description, status, severity or duration
