Gianluca Landolina

Gianluca has been a prominent figure in the telecommunications industry for over two decades. He joined Cellnex Telecom in 2015 and ascended to the role of CEO for Cellnex UK in 2023. He was previously Managing Director of Cellnex Italia SpA with former roles including Planning & Control Director and Real Estate Director at Wind Telecomunicazioni Group as well as Chief Financial Officer at Wind Retail. Gianluca graduated cum laude in Civil Engineering in 1994, with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at SDA Bocconi in Milan in 1998, and also in Advanced Managed Program (AMP) at IESE Business School in Barcelona in 2017. He is married with two children and an officer on leave from the Italian Coast Guard.

Paul Stonadge

Paul is responsible for the delivery of our products and services to our customers. Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry including as Commercial Director for Cellnex UK which he held for four years. He has been at the forefront of the sector’s significant growth, holding senior roles at Vodafone and Arqiva. Jonathan Freeman

Jonathan leads strategic growth activity for Cellnex UK; focusing on in country M&A, development of partnerships & strategic alliances and early stage innovation activity. Prior to his current role Jonathan led the delivery function for Cellnex UK with accountability for customer installation and infrastructure upgrade activity; including completion of over 1,000 5G projects for MNO customers. Before this he held senior roles across strategy, product development and commercial disciplines at Arqiva; notable projects he has led include the first scale... [+] deployment of small cells in the UK and the first trial of 5G FWA in the UK. Between 2011 and 2014 he was a member of the Broadband Stakeholder Group Executive which is the UK governments advisory forum for telecoms policy. He has also presented as an SME at a number of conferences and forums (e.g. Cambridge Wireless SIG’s, eWestminster Forum, Connected Britain etc.) on subjects such as 5G, the future of mobile networks/infrastructure, and small cells. Before Arqiva he worked as a management consultant providing strategic advice to a number of telecoms, media and regulatory organisation including the BBC and Ofcom. Jonathan has a BSc (1.1) degree in Management, Operations and Technology from the University of Manchester. He is married with two children and enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities including triathlons and mountaineering.

Nicholas Mansell

Nicholas leads the internal audit activity at Cellnex UK, responsible for the management and delivery of the UK internal audit plan and advises senior management on risk management, control and governance processes. He joined Cellnex UK in November 2021. Before Cellnex, Nicholas held internal audit management roles at FirstGroup plc and Santander UK plc. Nicholas is a Chartered Certified Accountant, Chartered Internal Auditor and Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply. Nicholas has a BA (Hons) degree in...
