CMA approves and publishes final undertakings related to the acquisition of CK Hutchison’s UK sites
Barcelona / London, 13 May 2022. Cellnex Telecom announces the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has accepted and published the final undertakings related to the Company’s acquisition of CK Hutchison’s sites in the UK.

The UK transaction between Cellnex and CK Hutchison was formally approved by the CMA on 3 March 2022, subject to the divestment of around 1,000 Cellnex’s existing UK sites which overlap geographically with CK Hutchison sites to be acquired.
