Customer requirements
On occasion, Cellnex UK might need to contact specific people in your organisation and where you may need to take action urgently (health and safety issues / noise complaints) for BAU or emergency outage requests on your sites. Understand our classification and update your details by filling in our Incident Management and Planned and Emergency Outage Request forms.
Planned Power Outages
Where we are notified of a planned outage of a power supply at a site, either by the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) or a landlord providing the supply, we will identify which customers are likely to be impacted by that outage and notify the relevant contacts we have been given by the customer with site details, date and times of planned outage.
If this site is within a Maintained Power contract, we will contact the relevant customer and ask if they require us to cover that outage with a generator
Add or Remove equipment from a Site

Accreditation Process
We can help with accreditation (for Companies, Site Sharers, Individuals or Drones) and a one-off permit.
