Cellnex Telecom admitted to the STOXX 600 index
Barcelona, November 2, 2015. – Cellnex Telecom, (CLNX), a leading European independent operator of wireless communications infrastructure, today announces that it has been admitted to the STOXX 600 at the close of 30 October 2015.
Cellnex’s admission follows its positive performance as highlighted in its Q3 results where, the company reported a 42% increase in revenues to € 453 million and growth in recurring EBITDA to 176 million (up 33%) demonstrating the company’s solid track record since the IPO earlier this year. The company replaces Pirelli which exits the FTSE All World, FTSE MIB and Stoxx 600.
The STOXX Europe 600 Index is derived from the STOXX Europe Total Market Index (TMI) and is a subset of the STOXX Global 1800 Index. With a fixed number of 600 components, the STOXX Europe 600 Index represents large, mid and small capitalization companies across 18 countries of the European region: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
