Cécile Cloarec, new Group People Director at Cellnex
- With this appointment, the Company strengthens its People department and its commitment to talent.
Barcelona, 7 March 2025. Cellnex Telecom, Europe’s leading wireless telecommunications operator, has appointed Cécile Cloarec as the Group’s new People Director. She takes on the role of managing the People department to attain the mission of leading and boosting the potential of the more than 2,800 people working for Cellnex worldwide.
She will be part of the Executive Committee, as a Senior Manager, and member of the Committee of Ethics and Compliance of the Company.
Cécile Cloarec has over 20 years of extensive experience in Human Resources. She has worked with prestigious companies on an international scope and various sizes and ownership structures (from listed CAC40 to large family-owned mid-cap companies) such as FM Logistic, Monoprix and Carrefour. She is also an independent board member at Maisons du Monde.
Cécile holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Human Resources and Communication, a Master’s degree in Human Resources, both at Sciences Po. She holds a second Master’s degree in Business Administration at IAE at La Sorbonne University in Paris.
