Strategic risk management plan
Risk Management allows us to anticipate and minimise the impact of potential risks that may affect our business, ensuring optimal identification, evaluation, treatment and monitoring of these risks, as well as contributing to the decision-making process by the various governing bodies.
Cellnex is a company in constant growth, and therefore considers it necessary to protect the value of its stakeholders by promoting a risk culture throughout the company. To this end, it has implemented an industrialisable and scalable Global Risk Management Model, which is based on the internationally recognised Three Lines model.
To ensure effective Risk Management, Cellnex has a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tool, which enables cross-cutting and global monitoring of risks.
Business Continuity Management System
Cellnex operates a business continuity management system that allows it to identify the risk of exposure to both internal and external threats in the activities we carry out.. This system is based on the international standard ISO 22301 and the BCI (Business Continuity Institute) Good Practice Guide (GPG 2018) which make it possible to provide a response to disruptive events with greater resilience, thereby protecting the commercial interests of the company and its main stakeholders. This reinforces the importance of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
Integrated Management System
Cellnex's Integrated Management System includes, among other aspects, management of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Information Security, Corporate Responsibility, Business Continuity, Energy Management, Service Management. This Integrated Management System allows us to convey trust and credibility to all stakeholders, focus on customer satisfaction, foster our social awareness and commit to sustainability and business resilience.
