Boldyn Networks acquires Cellnex’s private networks business unit

Barcelona – 10 November 2023. Cellnex and Boldyn Networks (Boldyn) have reached an agreement under which Boldyn will acquire Cellnex’s private networks business unit which largely includes Edzcom, Cellnex’s Finnish subsidiary that specializes in connectivity solutions for private networks in industrial complexes and environments. The deal is expected to be finalised by Q1 2024.
