Virginia Navarro Virgós

Virginia Navarro is the Global General Counsel and Vice-Secretary of the Board of Directors. Previously, she was Global Director of Corporate Governance and Legal M&A & Financing at Cellnex (2019-2023). She was Senior Manager of the Legal Department at Abertis Infraestructuras, where she spent ten years actively participating in M&A and financing projects for the Group both nationally and internationally, Associate in the Corporate Department at Linklaters, and in the legal department of Morgan Stanley.

She holds a Law Degree from the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and has completed the Master in International Legal Practice taught by the Instituto de Empresa (IE) and the Advanced Management Program (AMP) 2022-2023 led by IESE.
